One of my clients that I sculpted a full scale Farrah Fawcett for asked for a mini-version of her to be created. This one measures just 60mm wide and will be painted and a small wig added. Tiny realistic eyes may also be inserted for realism. Then the head will be attached to a doll and clothed to emulate Farrah as well. My job is just to prepare the digital files for printing and then making sure no print lines will be visible before she is painted. This involves priming, sanding and repeating until she's perfect. You can see a fine paint brush next to the head for scale.
